About the work:

Birds repeatedly appear in my work as an important motif. I never intend to capture them in the style of traditional wildlife photography. They are symbols of freedom, simply because they are closer to heaven than we are. Whether they are alone or together in groups, I see ourselves in them, with endless stories to tell.
